Welcome to the Osterauer Apartment House! Our apartment house was completed in 2016 and is located in a quiet area in the center of Erl. The 4 lovingly designed apartments of varying sizes all have a kitchenette and a balcony. In the midst of a green meadow stands our apartment house with a view of the Kaiser Mountains (Zahmer Kaiser and Wilder Kaiser). It is an ideal starting point for hikes or mountain tours, as well as cycling or mountain biking tours (near the Inn Valley Cycle Path), where you can refresh yourself afterwards in the Erler swimming pool or one of the many surrounding lakes. The Passion and Festival House is also just a 10-minute walk away. Cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, ice skating, night skiing, and an indoor pool are all in the immediate vicinity. The apartment building has a large entrance area from which you can access the 4 apartments. The largest is our Lavender apartment. It features an entrance area that leads to the bathroom, a separate toilet, or one of the 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, can be arranged together, extra bed possible). Continuing on, you enter the spacious living kitchen with a seating area and TV. From here, you can access the 2nd bedroom (double bed) and the large balcony. This balcony offers a garden view as well as a view of the Kaiser Mountains and invites you to sunbathe (deck chair available). Kitchen facilities, towels, and bed linen, as well as Wi-Fi and TV, are included. Use of the washing machine is available in a separate laundry room.
