Winter sports enthusiasts can explore the mountains with toboggans or snowshoes. Alpine sports lovers can easily take the free ski buses to the family ski area Mitterland in Vorderthiersee or to the large ski world Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. A cross-country skiing trail runs right past the Rosenhof.
At the Rosenhof, you will find lovingly furnished and fully equipped holiday apartments directly by the lake. All apartments (except for the Silver Thistle apartment) have a balcony or terrace with lake and mountain views. Despite the idyllic location, the vicinity offers all necessary amenities from baker to supermarket to butcher. Restaurants, cafés, and managed alpine huts in the area provide a diverse culinary experience. Even the cozy shopping town of Kufstein with its historic fortress is just a few minutes' drive away.
